Quail Hollow Resort in Concord Township, Ohio was operational for nearly 60 years. Following its closure and subsequent decline, the Concord-Painesville Joint Economic Development District (JEDD) and Concord Township engaged Silverlode to analyze the existing site and present an analysis of possible redevelopment alternatives.
